1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
